Performance Data Logging & Display
Track the efficiency of your production with our lightweight Data Display Program powered by Raspberry Pi and Node-RED.
How it works
Using a simple, yet effective networking layout, we can gather data by placing a Probe in your electrical panel (or other space, as requested by the client) and connected by Ethernet-IP, it gathers relevant production data and sends it over a secure network (as set up by PerformancePLC or through your IT network)
Next, the data is sent to the Cloud through MQTT Protocol to a Cloud-Based Node-RED service, where it is parsed into a sleek, readable interface and displayed via Web page which allows the data interface to be displayed on any device that can connect to the Internet, provided you have the valid login credentials. (Process displayed in Figure 1 below).
Upon agreement to our Privacy Policy, the ability to receive SMS and Email notifications for set parameters (Machine off, E-STOP, etc) will be available as an option.
